Integrated Management System Policy
The Integrated Management System of Merrid Controls is based on the principles of sustainable development and ensures the implementation of the Company's Mission, which includes the provision of services in the field of design, software development, installation and commissioning of industrial automation and IT systems, as well as the implementation of service works.
The Company's Mission is implemented in accordance with the Client's quality expectations, while maintaining information security, ensuring occupational health and safety, and meeting applicable legal requirements.
The Company's primary goal in terms of quality is the uninterrupted provision of services that fully meet the Customer's requirements and are consistent with applicable legal requirements.
The Company's primary goal in the field of information security is to ensure the protection, confidentiality, availability and integrity of data processed in connection with business activities.
The Company's primary goal in the field of occupational health and safety is to prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases and to minimize the risk of their occurrence, raise employee awareness, promote responsible behavior and build a culture of safe work.
In achieving our goals, we continuously improve the Integrated Management System, which consists of:
- Quality Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015,
- Information Security Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023,
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO 45001:2024.
Merrid Controls implements its Integrated Management System Policy through the following activities:
1. Strengthening the Company's market position by increasing competitiveness by developing innovation and efficiency.
2. Providing Customers with comprehensive and innovative solutions in the field of automation and industrial IT.
3. Developing efficient and effective servicing of automation and industrial IT systems implemented by Customers.
4. Increasing the quality level of services offered and service by monitoring feedback from the Customer.
5. Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of entrusted information, including personal data, while maintaining authorized access.
6. Protecting information assets and strengthening the trust of our Customers, including Interested Parties, in the field of information security through the risk management process.
7. Continuous monitoring of information security and taking appropriate actions in the event of threats or violations.
8. Building a safe work culture by creating responsible behaviors, conducting active dialogue and engaging all Employees of the Company.
9. Prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases by monitoring and analyzing hazards and applying measures to minimize risk to an acceptable level.
10. Creating procedures and instructions for safe conduct during work.
11. Openness in providing information on the state of work safety in the Company to Employees and other Interested Parties. Informing Employees about the results of activities in the field of health and safety, results of research on harmful factors in the work environment and maintaining effective communication.
12. Systematic improvement of qualifications, competences and motivation of Employees through internal and external training, raising awareness of the importance of following ethical standards. Building awareness and commitment of Employees in the field of the quality of services provided, information security and health and safety.
13. Using the latest achievements of science and technology and previous experience in business activities.
14. Compliance with legal requirements and other applicable requirements by conducting their constant identification and implementation in the Company.
15. Providing appropriate resources for the operation of the Integrated Management System and their optimal use.
